Service Description
Your home should be a place that supports your health, comfort, and well-being. Our in-home Healthy Home Assessment helps you understand everyday environmental conditions and household practices—and identify practical opportunities for improvement. We look at key areas, including: * Indoor air, ventilation, and filtration * Visible moisture concerns and conditions that can encourage mold * Drinking water sources and filtration practices * Cleaning products, fragrances, and household exposures * Bedroom and sleep environment * Lighting and selected electromagnetic-field screening * Home organization, utility areas, and outdoor surroundings Through observations of readily accessible areas, conversation, and selected screening measurements, we provide evidence-informed guidance suited to your home and priorities. Whether you’re addressing a specific concern or simply want to make your home a healthier place to live, you’ll gain a clearer understanding of your environment and practical next steps. Your assessment includes: * A guided walkthrough of accessible rooms and living areas * Targeted environmental screening measurements where appropriate * A personalized written report with prioritized recommendations and a practical action plan * A 15-minute follow-up consultation Areas covered and measurements taken depend on your home, accessibility, and assessment priorities. Screening readings reflect conditions at the locations and times measured; they do not identify every potential concern or certify that a home is safe or hazard-free. ClenDwell provides educational healthy home consulting—not a licensed home inspection, medical evaluation, mold inspection, or laboratory testing. When a concern requires specialized evaluation, we recommend an appropriately qualified professional.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments & Service Area Healthy Home Assessments are conducted in your home and typically take 90-120 minutes. Travel within approximately 40 minutes of Soddy Daisy, Tennessee, is included. Additional travel fees may apply outside this area. Please contact us before booking if you’re outside our standard service area. Pricing & Payment Assessment pricing starts at $495 and varies by your home’s square footage. Please select the appropriate size when booking. Homes over 6,000 square feet require a custom quote. Full payment is required at booking. You will also be asked to review and acknowledge our Client Service Agreement. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that plans sometimes change. Please provide as much notice as possible. 48 hours or more before your appointment: You may cancel for a full refund or reschedule at no charge. Less than 48 hours before your appointment: A $100 cancellation or rescheduling fee applies. Missed appointments (no-shows): If you are unavailable or do not provide access to the home at your scheduled appointment time without prior notice, a $150 no-show fee applies. If ClenDwell has traveled to your property, any additional travel fee charged for locations outside our standard service area will also be retained. Any remaining prepaid balance will be refunded to your original payment method. For late rescheduling, your assessment payment will transfer to the new appointment, with the $100 rescheduling fee due before confirmation. Cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show fees are not combined for the same appointment. Additional travel fees, when applicable, are separate. To cancel or reschedule, please email hello@ClenDwell.com. Online cancellation and rescheduling are not available. If ClenDwell must cancel your appointment, you may reschedule at no additional charge or receive a full refund, including any prepaid travel fees. Preparing for Your Assessment After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with information about preparing for your visit and completing your pre-assessment intake form.
